Can I book a service for someone else?

Yes, you can book services for someone else. During the booking process, you'll have the option to specify that the service is for another person. You'll need to provide their contact information and address if different from yours.

How do I reschedule or cancel a booking?

To reschedule or cancel a booking: 1) Go to your "Bookings" section in your account, 2) Find the booking you want to modify, 3) Select "Reschedule" or "Cancel", 4) Follow the prompts. Please note that cancellation policies may vary depending on the professional and the timing of your cancellation.

What if I'm not satisfied with the service provided?

How do I create an account?

To create an account: 1) Click "Join Now" in the top right corner, 2) Choose whether you're a client or professional, 3) Enter your email address and create a password, 4) Verify your email address, 5) Complete your profile with your personal information.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password: 1) Go to the login page, 2) Click on "Forgot Password", 3) Enter your email address, 4) Check your email for a password reset link, 5) Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password.

How do I update my personal information?

To update your personal information: 1) Log into your account, 2) Click on your profile picture in the top right corner, 3) Select "Account Settings", 4) Edit your information in the relevant sections, 5) Click "Save Changes" to update your profile.

Can I delete my account?

How do I get paid for my services?

Can I set my own rates?
